- PLANNING MEETING AGENDA Fillmore City Council Chambers Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at 7:00 PM 7:00 PM ADMINISTRATIVE - Welcome - Approve minutes of previous meeting, May 28, 2019 - City Council report - Councilmember Ian Adams 7:10 PM BUSINESS - Review 2019 Amended General Plan and approve or deny recommendation to the city council. - Review and possibly recommend to City Council the Special Event Permit draft procedure that is combined with Draper City and Commissioner Brunson's definition. - Review and possibly recommend to City Council additional zones and additional conditional uses to allow for storage containers. 7:45 PM DISCUSSION - Vote on 2019-2020 Planning Commission Chairman. - Vote on 2019-2020 Planning Commission Vice Chairman. - Thank you to Lars Rasmussen for 2 years as alternate and 3 years as voting member of the Fillmore City Planning Commission.
