MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville City Council will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, June 20, 2019, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting shall begin at 6:30 P.M. with the agenda as follows: CITY COUNCIL MEETING - THURSDAY, JUNE 20, 2019 - 6:30 P.M. 1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Review of business licenses: a. Sportsmen for Fish and Wildlife, 1262 West 1450 South. b. CK Construction, 619 North 2000 West. c. Look Inside, LLC, 1827 West 1350 South. d. Wild Bo's Family Restaurant, 1720 West 12th Street. e. Paragon Construction Systems, 1262 West 1450 South #2. f. Forage Creek Ranch, 1096 West 1500 South. 4. Public Hearing on the amended FY 2018-19 Marriott-Slaterville City, Marriott-Slaterville Community Reinvestment Agency, and Pioneer Special Service District budgets in accordance with UCA §10-6-127, §17B-1-607, and §17C-1-602. 5. Discussion/action on Public Hearing. 6. Public Hearing on the final FY 2019-20 budget for City, Agency, and Special District in accordance with UCA §10-6-113, §17B-1-607, and §17C-1-601.5. 7. Discussion/action on Public Hearing. 8. Discussion/action on Interlocal Agreement with Weber County for Animal Services. 9. Discussion/action on Interlocal Agreement with Weber County for Beer Tax Funds. 10. Discussion/action on Ordinance adopting a Plat Amendment for the Stanger Subdivision. 11. Event Planning: Fourth of July. 12. Officer reports and legislative oversight. 13. Closed executive session to discuss imminent or pending litigation, acquisition of real property, and/or competency of an individual. 14. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via facsimile to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the mayor, council members, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about June 13, 2019. These public posting places being: 1) Municipal Complex, 2) Chevron on 400 North, and 3) America First Credit Union at 12th and 12th. Items not meeting deadlines are omitted from the agenda.
