Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Plain City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing Thursday, July 11, 2019 - which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. in the Plain City Hall at 4160 West 2200 North. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on rezoning property owned by Shane King, located at approximately 2917 North Plain City Road. Petitioners have proposed that the property be rezoned from a RE-20 zone (Residential Estate 20,000 Sq. Ft. minimum lot size) to an RE-15 zone (Residential Estate 15,000 Sq. Ft. minimum lot size). Interested persons are invited to appear at the public hearing(s) or to file written comments with the City Recorder at the same address.
