NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA PLANNING COMMISSION JUNE 25, 2019 AT 7:00 P.M. City Council Chambers 110 South Main Street Springville, Utah 84663 The Commissioners will meet for a briefing of the regular session agenda items at 7:00 p.m. This will be a public meeting; however, no testimony will be heard and no action will be taken on the agenda items. The regular session will follow immediately after the briefing meeting. The agenda will be as follows: Call to Order - Approval of the Agenda Consent Agenda The Consent Agenda includes items that are administrative actions where no additional discussion is needed. When approved, the recommendations in the staff reports become the action of the Commission. A call for objection or comment will be made on the consent agenda items. If there is any opposition or comment, the item will be taken off the consent agenda and put on the regular administrative session meeting agenda for discussion. If there are no objections or comments, the item(s) will pass without further consideration. 1. Robert and Kristal Thompson seeking approval for the Golden Grove Subdivision located at 93 East 300 North in the R1-5 Single-Family Residential Zone. 2. Trevor Sharp and John Heiner seeking site plan approval for the Silver Fox Office Warehouse located at 549 N 2000 W in the HC-Highway Commercial Zone. 3. Dennis Schoonover seeking site plan approval for the 5th North Warehouse project located at 2052 W 500 N in the HC-Highway Commercial Zone. 4. Wayne and Julie Elder seeking approval for the two-lot Elder Subdivision located at 1190 N 150 E in the R1-8 Single-Family Residential Zone.
