Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Council will hold a public hearing in conjunction with the regular session on Tuesday, June 25, 2019, in the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows:
PUBLIC HEARING
- Receiving public comment regarding amendments to the Fiscal Year 2019 budget (July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019)
- Receiving public comment regarding the Fiscal Year 2020 budget (July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020)
REGULAR SESSION
1. Pledge of Allegiance; Invocation by Council Member Carroll; roll call.
2. Presentation of the HERO Award to the American Fork Fire Fighters Chase Parry, Colter Christen, and Chad Jensen and proclaim June 25, 2019 at Chase Parry, Colter Christen, and Chad Jensen day.
3. Twenty-minute public comment period - limited to two minutes per person.

2. Approval of the June 4, 2019 work session minutes
3. Approval of the June 11, 2019 city council minutes
4. Approval of the authorization to release the Improvements Durability Retainer of $5,533.50 for AF Clear, located at 735 S. Auto Mall Drive.
5. Approval of the authorization to release the Improvements Durability Retainer of $9,108.63 for Lakeview Farms Plat A, located at 1040 North 540 West.
6. Approval of the authorization to release the Improvements Durability Retainer of $39,816.08 for Lakeview Farms Plat B, located at 1040 North 540 West.
7. Approval of the authorization to release the Improvements Durability Retainer of $43,751.17 for Lakeview Farms Plat C, located at 1040 North 540 West.
ACTION ITEMS
1. Ratification of city payments (June 4, 2019 to June 18, 2019) and approval of purchase requests over $25,000.
2. Review and action on a resolution indicating the city's intent to annex the RBAK Annexation consisting of 1.121 acres at approximately 1050 East 300 North.
3. Review and action on a resolution approving a land use map amendment located in the area of 705 East 50 South from the Residential-High Density to the Design Industrial designation.
4. Review and action on an ordinance approving a zone map amendment located in the area of 705 East 50 South from the R-1-9,000 Residential to the PI-1 Planned Industrial zone.
5. Review and action on an ordinance adopting an amendment to Section 17.4.608-5.03 of the American Fork City Development Code regarding Transportation Network Standards in the TOD Transit Oriented Development zone.
6. Review and action on the approval of the grant award and MAG Agreement for the FY2020 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Phase VIII for water line replacement.
7. Review and action on a resolution adopting fireworks restrictions for American Fork City.
8. Review and action on a resolution approving adjustments to the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019 budget.
9. Review and action on a resolution adopting the American Fork City budget for fiscal year ending June 30, 2020.
10. Review and action on an agreement with Municipal Code Corporation for self-publishing software.
11. Review and action on an ordinance amending the American Fork City Policies and Procedures manual.
