- SPRING CITY PUBLIC-HEARING Tuesday, July 9, 2019, 6:30 p.m. Annexation Policy Plan Spring City Council Chambers, Spring City Hall, 45 South 100 East NOTICE is hereby given Spring City Council will hold a public hearing to garner public comments and opinions regarding the Annexation Policy Plan Approved by the Spring City Planning & Zoning Commission and put before Spring City Council. A copy of the Annexation Policy Plan can be viewed at the Spring City Office at the Community Center at 45 South 100 East, Spring City. If you would like to attend this meeting and due to a disability need assistance in participating in or understanding the meeting, please contact Kim Crowley at 435-462-2244, Ext.-3, twenty-four (24) hours in advance of the meeting. Spring City will try to provide reasonable assistance to accommodate you. 1- Roll Call 2- Expression of Choice 3- Explanation of Annexation Policy Plan 4- Public Comments on Annexation Policy Plan 5- Adjournment The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice was posted this, the 20th day of May 2019.
