- Pledge of Allegiance Public Hearing for the purpose of reviewing and adopting all of Castle Dale City's 2020 budgets. Also part of the hearing will be the opening of all the 2019 City Revenue Budgets to include any unbudgeted revenues received and to make any necessary additions or adjustments to these budgets. The City Expenditure Budget will also be opened to make any necessary budgeting additions of adjustments, and to give the City Treasurer permission to adjust the various line items in the budget. Adopt all of Castle Dale City's 2020 budgets. Open all of the 2019 City Revenue Budgets to include any unbudgeted revenues received and to make any necessary additions or adjustments to these budgets. The City Expenditure Budget will also be opened to make any necessary budgeting additions of adjustments, and to give the City Treasurer permission to adjust the various line items in the budget. Consideration of the Emery County tax rate. Executive Session if necessary Close of Executive Session Reconvening of the City Council.
