- NOTICE TO BOUNTIFUL CITY LANDFILL CUSTOMERS Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Transfer from Landfill Fund to the Recycling Fund State law requires that the City provide an annual disclosure on amounts transferred between Enterprise Funds. Bountiful has budgeted for the transfer of funds from the Landfill Fund to the Recycling Fund in the amount of $120,000 to subsidize operations and avoid user fee increases to customers during a period of difficult global recycling market conditions. This year, the transfer represents 8.7% of total budgeted expenditures in the Landfill Fund. Dollar Amount % of Expenditures Transfer from the Landfill Fund to the Recycling Fund $ 120,000 8.7% A public hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at Fire Station 81 located at 255 South 100 West, Bountiful. The public hearing will be to discuss the proposed transfer from the Landfill Fund to the Recycling Fund. All interested parties are invited to attend.
