You are receiving this notice because records from the Utah County Assessor's Office indicate that you are the applicant, a special district within the City, or own land within 500 feet of the subject property.
APPLICANT: David Nicolson, Nicolson Construction
REQUEST: The applicant requests conditional use permit approval to use the back portion of the property, behind the building, for outdoor scaffolding and equipment storage.
LOCATION: The subject property is located at approximately 12 S 1550 W. (Utah County Parcel #14:061:0081), in the Lindon City Light Industrial zone. A map of the subject property is on the back of this notice.

TIME & PLACE
OF HEARING: The Planning Commission will hold a public meeting on this item on June 25th, 2019. The meeting will start at 7:00 p.m. in the Lindon City Center, 100 North State Street, Lindon, UT. During public meetings, the Planning Commission chair reserves the right to limit the time allowed for oral testimony.
