- Public notice is hereby given of those who filed a Declaration of Candidacy form within the properly appointed time in the town of Scipio, Ut. They are as follows: James Winget, Richard H. Probert, Kim F Quarnberg, Casey W. Hatch, Kasey E. King and Kathy Memmott have all filed for town Council member positions , all of which are four year terms. There will be two positions opening.
