Box 217 Oak City, Utah 84649 Phone/Fax (435) 846-2707 NOTICE AND AGENDA OF OAK CITY TOWN BOARD PUBLIC HEARINGS AND REGULAR MEETING Notice is hereby given that two Public Hearings will be held in conjunction with the regularly scheduled June 20, 2019 Town Board Meeting. The meetings will be held at the Oak City Town Hall in the Conference Room. The first PUBLIC HEARING will begin at 7:30 p.m. and will begin with the invocation. The purpose of this PUBLIC HEARING will be to discuss the Opened and Amended Oak City Town 2018-2019 Budget and prepare it for adoption at the Regular Meeting. After which, the second PUBLIC HEARING will begin. The purpose of the second PUBLIC HEARING will be to get public comment on the Proposed Oak City Town 2019-2020 Budget and prepare it for adoption at the Regular Meeting. After which, the Regular Town Board Meeting will begin. The following agenda items will be considered at the Regular Meeting: A. Adopt Agenda. B. Adopt Minutes of Town Board Regular Meeting held May 16, 2019. C. Oak City Days Discussion/April Finlinson Oak City Days Co-Chair. D. Approve the Opened and Amended Oak City Town 2018-2019 Budget. E. Adopt the Proposed Oak City Town 2019-2020 Budget by Adopting Resolution 2019-03 a RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE OAK CITY TOWN 2019-2020 BUDGET. F. Public Comments. G. Financial Reports. H.
