NOTICE AND AGENDA CENTRAL VALLEY TOWN COUNCIL MEETING JUNE 19, 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Central Valley Town Council will meet on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at the Central Valley Community Center, 50 West Center Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows. The order of business may be changed as time permits. 1. Pledge of Allegiance, Opening Remarks, Meeting called to order and roll call. (Mayor Peterson) 2. Approval of minutes of previous meeting. 3. Public Hearing to accept public comments concerning Central Valley Town's proposal to adopt an ordinance providing for the compensation of elected and statutory officers of Central Valley and its proposal to adopt a resolution for the 2018-2019 Fiscal Year Budget and Certified Tax Rate and to consider amending the 2017-2018 Fiscal Year Budget. 4. Culinary Water Improvement Project. 5. Road Improvement Project. 6. July 4th Celebration. 7. Department Current Concerns. Review Employee project list. 8. Adopt an ordinance providing for the compensation of elected and statutory officers of Central Valley Town. Ordinance 2018-001. 9. Adopt a resolution for the 2019-2020 Fiscal Year Budget and Certified Tax Rate. Resolution 2018-003. 10. Adopt a resolution amending the 2018-2019 Fiscal Year Budget. Resolution 2018-004. 13. Approval of monthly expenditures. 14. Council Members Reports. 15. Adjournment.
