CITY OF HOLLADAY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA (NOTE SPECIAL START TIME OF 7:15 PM) June 18th 2019 City Council Chambers - 4580 S 2300 E PRE-MEETING ITEMS 5:00-6:30 PM WORKSHOP & DINNER - Holladay Planning Commissioners will be meeting jointly with the Taylorsville Planning Commission to discuss walkable-city principles based upon the book 'Walkable City', by Jeff Speck. 6:30-7:00 PM PLANNING COMMISSION TRAINING - Conducted by City Attorney's staff from Hayes, Godfrey & Bell law firm 7:00 PM WORK SESSION - All agenda items may be discussed but not decisions or voting will be made during this portion of the meeting. 7:30 PM CONVENE REGULAR MEETING - Public Welcome & Chair Opening Statement 1. Hopes Creekside Estates -Residential Subdivision - Preliminary/Final Plat - 2220 E Walker (R-1-43) Applicant Mark Garza, presenting preliminary and final subdivision plat drawings for Commission review and approval. Presentation to review development details of 6.95 acres of land creating one additional residential building lot (five total lots) in this R-1-43 zone (one acre minimum). 2. Sequoia Townhomes - Residential Subdivision -- Final Site Plan and Subdivision - 2350 East Murray Holladay Rd (HV zone) -- Applicant, Sequoia Development will present final development details and subdivision plans for an approved 20-dwelling residential townhome development. 3. Approval of Planning Commission Meeting Minutes - *** DISCUSSION ITEMS - (If ready for consideration) 4. Ordinance Amendments a. 13.71 Holladay Village design guidelines, application procedures b.
