¬ NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE SALT LAKE VALLEY LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICE AREA (SLVLESA) Thursday, June 20, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. at the Salt Lake County Sheriff and Unified Police Department Building, 3365 South 900 West, Room 115, Salt Lake City, UT 84119 Reasonable accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) may be provided upon receipt of a request with at least three working days' notice. Board members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Board member participates via telephonic communication, the Board member will be on speaker phone. Report by Sheriff Rosie Rivera, Chief Executive Officer. The Board will take actions on the following matters. 6. Consider a RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE SALT LAKE VALLEY LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICE AREA (SLVLESA) APPROVING THE INDEPENDENT AUDIT OF SLVLESA FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2018 AND ORDERING THAT IT BE FILED WITH THE UTAH STATE AUDITOR Presenters: Aaron Hixon, HBME LLC, Certified Public Accountants, Lisa Dudley, SLVLESA Chief Financial Officer and Richard Moon, SLVLESA Treasurer. Action Required: Motion and Vote 7. Consider a RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE SALT LAKE VALLEY LAW ENFORCEMENT SERVICE AREA (SLVLESA) ADOPTING AN AD VALOREM RATE OF TAX LEVY FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2019 ON PROPERTY MADE TAXABLE BY LAW IN SLVLESA BASED ON SLVLESA'S BUDGETED PROPERTY TAX REVENUE FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2019 Presenters: Lisa Dudley, SLVLESA Chief Financial Officer, Richard Moon, SLVLESA Treasurer and Frank Nakamura, SLVLESA District Administrator.
