NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE JUNE 13, 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Development Review Committee (DRC) of Springville will consider the following items on THURSDAY, JUNE 13, 2019 in Conference Room #217 of the Springville City Civic Center, 110 South Main. The meeting will commence at 9:00 A.M. Members of the Springville City Development Review Committee will meet for a closed briefing of the agenda items at 8:30 A.M. in the Springville City Civic Center. The agenda for the Open Session meeting will be as follows: 1. 9:00 A.M. - Trevor Sharp and John Heiner seeking site plan approval for the Silver Fox Office Warehouse located at 549 N 2000 W in the HC-Highway Commercial Zone. 2. 9:15 A.M. - Dennis Schoonover seeking site plan approval for the 5th North Warehouse project located at 2052 W 500 N in the HC-Highway Commercial Zone. 3. 9:30 A.M. - Wayne and Julie Elder seeking approval for the two-lot Elder Subdivision located at 1190 N 150 E in the R1-8 Single-Family Residential Zone. SPECIFIC TIMES LISTED FOR EACH AGENDA ITEM ARE APPROXIMATE The City will provide reasonable accommodations for anyone attending this meeting.
