- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Annabella Town Council will hold Public Hearings and Town Council meeting on Thursday, June 13, 2019 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Hall located at 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Mayor Brent Christensen conducting. The agenda shall be as follows: (Note: The agenda may be accelerated or line items may be discussed in any order.) Water Rate Increase Public Hearing 6:00 p.m. Public comment to be taken on a proposed water rate increase of $5.59 per month, beginning July 1, 2019, with an annual 2% increase to the culinary water portion of the bill on an annual basis, beginning July 1, 2020 Budget Public Hearing 6:30 p.m. or immediately following first Public Hearing. Public comment to be taken on the proposed 2019/2020 budget and the 2018/2019 amended budget Town Council Meeting I. Business Considerations A. Roll Call B. Opening Remarks C. Pledge of Allegiance II. Council Business A. Approval of minutes B. Approval of warrant register C. Consider adopting Resolution 2019-01, a resolution amending culinary water rates D. Opening of 2018/2019 budget, by resolution, for revenue and expenditure adjustments as necessary in the general fund, special revenue, capital project and enterprise funds E.
