RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE
The Riverton City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s):
- Matt Yore is seeking a conditional use permit for a home based business, Sawtooth Rifles, LLC to be located at 12098 South 4000 West.
- Riverton City is proposing amendments to Riverton City Code Section 18.145.110 regarding restrictions on parking. The purpose of this amendment is to eliminate inconsistencies in the Code.
- Riverton City is proposing rezone of approximately 25 acres located at approximately 1050 W 12300 S from A-5 to P-OS (Parks & Open Space). This land is owned by Riverton City and is existing open space.
- DAI Partners is requesting a rezone of about 9.84 acres located at approximately 4091West 12600 South from PCC (Planned Commercial Center) to RM-14 (Residential Multi Family 14 units per acre).
- South Valley Sewer District is requesting an amendment to a provision in a previously approved conditional use permit specific to the height limitation of non-occupied buildings.

Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
