Disclosures and declarations of conflict of interest. DISCUSSION AND ACTION ITEMS 5. Open Public Hearings. A. 2019 General Fund Budget amendments. B. 2020 General Fund Budget and Enterprise Fund Budgets adoption and approval of the certified tax rate. 6. Close Public Hearings. 7. Vote on Resolution #06-13-19 to approve the 2020 General Fund Budget and Enterprise Fund Budget and set the certified tax rate to generate the same revenue as last year. 8. Vote on Resolution #06-13-19A to approve the budget amendments for the 2019 General Fund Budget. 9. Approval of minutes from May 9, 2019 Town Board Meeting. 10. Road and streets project for Kanarraville-CIB Process-Ensign Eng.-Mayor Carter 11. Brad Phelps-fence and shed at 180 N. 100 W. 12. Lee Poff-Building permit for manufactured home at 140 N. 100 W. 13. Scott Winger and Velrina Geraghty privacy fence at 280 S. Main St. 14. Budget Review, Expenditures and quarterly profit and loss reports. 15. Town Board Reports. 16. Mayor's Report. 17.
