- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE A Payson City Planning Commission public hearing will be held on Wednesday June 26, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 439 W. Utah Avenue, Payson to receive public input on the following: Applicants Kevin and Megan Thompson propose a two lot single-family residential subdivision, MK Thompson, Plat A, on 0.5 acres in the R-1-9 zone and arranged on parcel ID numbers 08:019:0010 and 08:019:0011 at 289 E Utah Avenue. The applicants are requesting application of the Infill (I-O) Overlay to reduce lot frontage and lot width on an infill lot.
