Go to Public Meeting. 5. Sheriff's report 6. Approve minutes from prior council meeting. 7. Public comments. 8. Update on 24th of July Celebration. 9. Discuss changing banking from Wells Fargo to Zions Banking. 10. Discuss Youth Council. 11. Approve 2020 Budget. 12. Council reports: a. Paul Hansen b. Shawn Hansen c. Julio Vega d. Howard Kunz 13.
