PARAGONAH TOWN PUBLIC HEARING AND REGULAR MEETING 44 NORTH 100 WEST, PARAGONAH TOWN HALL JUNE 12, 2019 - 7:00 P.M. AGENDA PLEDGE 1. Call meeting to order - Marge Cipkar (Mayor Pro-Temp) 2. Adopt Agenda- By Motion 3. Approve minutes of May 7, 2019, special meeting and May 8, 2019, regular meeting - By Motion 4. Open Public Hearing - Marge Cipkar 5. Receive public comments concerning Resolution 19-1, a resolution to open and make necessary adjustments to the 2019 fiscal year budget. 6. Receive public comments concerning Resolution 19-2, a resolution of the governing body of Paragonah Town adopting a budget for Paragonah Town for the 2020 fiscal year. 7. Close public hearing and open regular meeting - By Motion 8. Make decision concerning resolution 19-1, a resolution to open and make necessary adjustments to the 2019 fiscal year budget - By Motion 9. Make decision concerning resolution 19-2, a resolution of the governing body of Paragonah Town adopting a budget for Paragonah Town for the 2020 fiscal year - By Motion 10. Discuss nuisance complaints and get direction on how the Town Board would like to handle them - Jayne Stones 11. Discuss letter received from Justin Wayment concerning weed control and preventing fire hazards and make decision - By Motion 12. Water Department Report - Mike Abbott 13. Power/Fire Department - Mark Barton 14. Cemetery/Planning and Zoning - Marge Cipkar a) Discuss flagpole policy b) Should the Town provide restrooms at the cemetery each Memorial Day weekend? 15. Roads/Park/Building Reports - Earl Olsen a) Discuss using money budgeted for weed control to hire someone to mow the right-of ways and make decision - By Motion 16. Open Discussion 17.
