Main, on Wednesday, June 12, 2019. This meeting will begin at 8:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance, prayer & roll call 2. Approval of May 8, 2019, Council Meeting Minutes 3. Payment of payroll/reimbursements and bills 4. Petitions, Remonstrance and Communications 5. Report of Officers-Boards-Committees Darren Fox - Electric Brian Stephenson - Roads and Land fill 1) Landfill Issues Mike Turner - Water and CERT Phil Whatcott- Parks and Recreation Mayor James W. Masner- Cemetery and Employees 6. Planning and Land Use - Ted Bennett 7. New Business a. Public Hearing to open the 2019 budget to include the CIB Grant b. Public Hearing to approve the 2020 budget c. Post Office Parcel Boxes d. Election 8. Outstanding business a. Holden Town Hall lighting b. Pipe for the overflow c. Water Usage Plan d.
