NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE CITY OF HOLLADAY CITY COUNCIL THURSDAY, JUNE 13, 2019 COUNCIL CHAMBERS 4580 S 2300 E HOLLADAY, UTAH 84117 5:00 p.m. Work Meeting a. Discussion on Holladay Terrace - Blu Line Design b. Interview Potential Arts Council Member PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Municipal Council will hold a City Council meeting in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:00 p.m. It is possible that a member of the Council will be participating by electronic means. The Council Chambers shall serve as the anchor location. * Agenda items may be moved in order, sequence and time to meet the needs of the Council AGENDA I. Welcome - Mayor Dahle II. Consideration of Ordinance 2019-11 Amending the Budget for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2018 and Ending June 30, 2019 (approving changes to the budget for the current fiscal year) V. Consideration of Ordinance 2019-12 Determining the Rate of Tax for 2019 Tax Year and Levying Taxes Upon all Real and Personal Property Within the City of Holladay (under Utah's Truth in Taxation law, the Certified Tax Rate is set by law each year, the Council's role is to formally adopt the rate once it is set) VI. Consideration of Ordinance 2019-13 Adopting a Final Budget for Fiscal Year 2019-2020 (including General Fund, Capital Improvements, Debt Service, Grants & Arts Funds) VII. Consideration of Resolution 2019-17 Granting Advice and Consent of the City Council for the Appointment of a Member to the Arts Council (This resolution will constitute the council's advice and consent to the manager's appointment of Jon Jensen to the Arts Council for a 3 yr term) VIII.
