Description/Agenda: KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 27, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., in the Council Room of the Kaysville City Municipal Center, 23 East Center, Kaysville, to consider: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17-32, OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING, OF TITLE 17, PLANNING AND ZONING, TO ALLOW FOR WIDER DRIVE APPROACHES IN RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICTS. And AN ORDINANCE AMENDING MULTIPLE CHAPTERS OF TITLE 17, PLANNING AND ZONING, TO DESIGNATE WHERE MAJOR HOME OCCUPATION C BUSINESSES ARE PERMITTED AND ESTABLISH THE PROCESS BY WHICH THEY ARE TO BE CONSIDERED.
