- CITY OF HOLLADAY NOTICE OF 2019 CANDIDATES FOR OFFICE Notice is hereby given that the City of Holladay will hold a Municipal Primary Election on August 13, 2019 for District FOUR (4) and District Five (5). A Municipal General Election on November 5, 2019 to elect one candidate for District 2, District 4 and District 5 to serve four-year terms. Candidates who have filed and qualified for election are as follows: Council Member - District 2 Matt Durham Council Member - District 4 B. Peter Monson Aspen Perry Drew B. Quinn Lesli P. Rice Council Member - District 5 Raymond Peter Cannefax Daniel Bay Gibbons Chad B. Iverson Lori A.
