- Public notice is hereby given that on Friday June 14th, 2019 at approx. 3:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah, the following public hearings will be held before the Land Use Hearing Officer: Bryce Dallimore under chapter 19.92 is requesting a special exception to add to a non-complying structure and receive approval to apply for an RCOZ Option B application that may reduce their front yard setback at 4288 S Lares Circle.
