Notice is hereby given that the Myton City Council will hold its regular meeting Tuesday, June 11, 2019 in the Council room of the Myton City Hall, which meeting will begin at 6:30 P.M. This meeting may or may not be conducted electronically via telephone. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll call. 2. Reading & approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). 3. Public Comment. 4. Chayston Bastian - Eagle Scout Project Action and Discussion. 5. Greg Buxton - Discussion of Plan Presentation for BIA Facility. 6. Final Budget Public Hearing for 2019 -2020; adoption of 2020 budget and revising 2019 budget. 7. City Departmental Reports on the last month's activities Ronnie Young - Maintenance Alan Allred - Fire Department 8. Closed Executive Session - 52-4-205(c) and (d)(ii) Strategy Session to discuss pending, reasonably imminent and ongoing litigation, water rights or shares (if needed). 9. Closed Executive Session - 52-4-205 (1)(a) Discussion of the Character, Professional Competence, or Physical or Mental Health of an individual(s) (if needed). 10. Approval and signing of checks 11.
