- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold a Special Council Meeting on MONDAY, June 17, 2019, at the Eureka City Memorial Building, 263 West Main Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge. 2. Roll Call 3. Discussion Items: a. Amend Budget for Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2019. b. Adopt Budget for Fiscal Year Ending June 30, 2020. 4. Adjournment.
