- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold its regular council meeting on Monday, June 10, 2019, at the Eureka City Memorial Building, 263 West Main Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 7:00 pm - 7:30 pm PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. ROLL CALL. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES. TREASURER'S REPORT. CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY. REPORT OF OFFICERS AND COMMITTEES. A. Mayor and City Council Committees. 1. Nick Castleton. 2. Tamra Jameson 3. Hortt Carter 4. Leslie Rice 5. Gordon Grimstead 6. Kimberlee Clem B. Planning Commission. 7:30 pm NEW BUSINESS. A. Nina Higgs, Discuss Water and Sewer Hookups on Arlington Ave. B. Eureka Fire Department - Application for Special Event Permit for 4th of July and Request for Fee Waiver. 8:00 pm UNFINISHED BUSINESS. A. Larry Sparrow - Request to Close lower part of North Leadville. 8:10 pm INTRODUCTION AND ADOPTION OF RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES. 8:15 pm CITIZEN COMMENTS (Citizens wishing to address the council may do so at this time with any questions or concerns but will be limited to two minutes each.) 8:30 pm EXECUTIVE MEETING.
