- The following individuals have filed for Milford City Council Offices: CITY COUNCIL, Four Year Term - Vote for Three* Russell G. Smith Scott Symond Les Whitney Terry Wiseman *Candidates have been listed by surname in accordance with Utah Code Section 20A-6-305 using the 2018-2019 Master Ballot Position List.
