KAYSVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Center. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Opening and approval of the minutes from the meeting May 23, 2019. 2. Conditional use permit for a major home occupation 'B', a. Holistic Health Care at 62 S. Country Spring Circle for Sarah Gowans. b. Hair Salon at 1527 W. Misty Breeze Circle for Eden Rasmussen. 3. Conditional use permit for farm animals, goats at 464 Sunset Dr. for Jake & Krystal Fisher. 4. Work Session - Discussion on Future Ordinances and General Plan Updates. 5. Call to the public. 6. Other matters that properly come before the Planning Commission: a. Reports. b. Correspondence. c. Calendar. 7. Adjournment.
