- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING June 20, 2019 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 20, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, regarding transfers from the Water, Storm Water and Sewer Funds to the General Fund. (Utah Code 10-6-135.5(4)). The amounts to be transferred from the City's Utility Funds to the City's General Fund as included in the Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Layton City budget are as follows: Total fund budgeted expenditures in the Water Fund are $9,167,833. The transfer to the General Fund is $764,545. The transfer as a percentage of total fund expenditures is 8.3%. Total fund budgeted expenditures in the Storm Water Fund are $3,063,415. The transfer to the General Fund is $349,353. The transfer as a percentage of total fund expenditures is 11.4%. Total fund expenditures for the Sanitary Sewer Fund are $10,642,622. The transfer to the General Fund is $488,390. The transfer as a percentage of total fund expenditures is 4.6%. The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Council meeting.
