NOTICE OF MEETING PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF ST. ZONE CHANGE AMENDMENTS (ZCA) (Public Hearings) A. Consider a zone change amendment to the PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) zone for 'Paparazzi Warehouse #2 Re-Design' on approximately 14.7 acres. This property is generally located south of 4771 South Astragalus Drive and south of the 1st warehouse. The representative is MRW Design Associates. Case No. 2019-ZCA-023. (Staff - Ray Snyder) B. Consider a zone change amendment to develop a professional commercial building for retail or office use at 'Boulder Creek Crossing Lot 5.'
