- June 10, 2019 Meeting Agenda Traverse Ridge Special Service District Administrative Control Board Meeting to be held at 7:00 PM at the SunCrest Clubhouse, 1st Floor, 2016 E. Village Green Drive, Draper, Utah, 84020 1. Public Comment 2. Review and approve minutes from previous meeting 3. Action Item: Discussion and vote on 'Amended Agreement to Provide Transportation Services' with Draper City. Purpose of Agreement is for 2019-2020 fiscal year provide: - Crack Seal - Pothole Repair - Snow Removal - Street Light maintenance 4. Action Item: Discussion and vote on 2019-2020 Proposed Budget 5. Adjourn Board members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication. If a Board member does participate via telephonic communication, the Board member will be on speakerphone. The speakerphone will be amplified so that the other Board members and all other persons present in the meeting room will be able to hear all discussions.
