- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Nephi City will conduct a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at city hall (21 E. 100 N.). The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment on the proposed Bowers Annexation of approximately 57.29 acres in the city. The proposed annexation are is located at approximately 2800 South Main Street. The complete annexation petition and certification is available for inspection at the office of the Nephi City Recorder located at 21 E 100 N. , Nephi, UT.
