Description/Agenda: Public Notice is given that the Smithfield City Redevelopment Agency Board will meet in a scheduled meeting at 96 South Main, Smithfield, Utah on Wednesday, June 12, 2019. The meeting will begin no sooner than 8:00 P.M. 1. Approval of the RDA meeting minutes from March 13, 2019. 2. Continued discussion and possible vote on the financial assistance application by Old Grist Mill Smithfield LLC. 3. Public Hearing for the purpose of discussing adjustments to the Fiscal Year 2019 budget (July 1, 2018 - June 30, 2019) and the new budget for Fiscal Year 2020 (July 1, 2019 - June 30, 2020). 4. Discussion and possible vote on RDA Resolution 19-01, a Resolution adjusting the Fiscal Year 2019 Budget. 5. Discussion and possible vote on RDA Resolution 19-02, a Resolution adopting the new budget for Fiscal Year 2020. Adjournment
