NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held before the City of West Jordan City Council on Wednesday, June 26, 2019, at the hour of 5:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at 8000 South Redwood Road, Third Floor, West Jordan, Utah, to receive public comment prior to considering a General Plan Land Use Map Amendment for 0.4 acres of property from Community Commercial to Very High Density Residential and Rezone from SC-2 (Community Shopping Center) Zone to R-3-22 (SHO) (Multifamily Residential 22 units per acre maximum density - Senior Housing Overlay) Zone for Highlands Landing located at approximately NE Corner of 5600 West 7800 South; Peterson Development, LLC/Justin Peterson (applicant)
