Hooper, at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday June 6th, 2019. Work meeting starts at 6:30 p.m. THE AGENDA FOR THE MEETING CONSISTS OF THE FOLLOWING: 1. CALL TO ORDER Pledge of Allegiance & Reverence 2. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES 4. CITY BUSINESS 1. Rezone - GreenWood Investments, LLC - R1 to R2 approx. location 4000 S. 5900 W., (approx.136.47 acres) 2. Rezone - Jay Thomspon - R1 to R2 - approx. location 3700 S. 5500 W., (28.3 acres) 3. Final Approval - Stanfield Subdivision; Two (2) lots, 5400 South and 4700 West, (2.4 acres) 4. Final Approval - Shalene Call Subdivision; One (1) lot, 5500 South and 6800 West., 1.25 acres 5. Review and adopt tentative budget for 2019-2020 6. Set the public hearing date for the adoption of 2019-2020 budget/certified tax rate 6.
