Please be advised that the North Salt Lake City Planning Commission will hold Public Hearings on Tuesday, June, 11 2019 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Council Chambers, North Salt Lake City Hall, 10 E. Center Street. The purpose of the hearings is to receive public comment on the following items: 1. Rezoning of property located at approximately 256 South Highway 89. The property is proposed to be rezoned from Highway Commercial (CH) to a Planned (P) District for the purpose of Williamsburg Luxury Apartments. 2. Rezoning of property located at approximately 877 North Cutler Drive. The property is proposed to be rezoned from General Commercial (CG) to a Planned (P) District for the purpose of Fox Hollow PUD, a single family subdivision. All interested people are invited to attend and make comment. For further information regarding this proposal, please contact the North Salt Lake Community Development Department at (801) 335-8705.
