Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Genola will hold a public meeting at the Genola Public Safety Building located at 455 North Main Street on Thursday, June 6, 2019. The Work Session will commence at 6:00 pm with discussion items only. The public meeting will begin at 7:00 PM. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The agenda for the Work Session will be as follows: 1. Discussion and Review of Genola General Plan with MAG. The agenda for the Planning Commission meeting will be as follows: Call to Order a. Opening Remarks b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Public Forum - Audience members may bring any item not on the agenda to the Planning Commission's attention - 5 minute per speaker allotment. 1. Approval of the Planning Commission meeting minutes from May 2, 2019. 2. Discussion and possible action for a Final Mylar for the C. Steele Subdivision on property owned by Chris and Miriam Steele Parcel #29.036.0067 located at 1006 E Cumorah Drive in Genola. 3. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for a new home located on property owned by Karl & Lee Anne Crowton located at approximately 1016 N Main in Genola. 4. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for a shed on property owned by Carl Marvin Revocable Trust (Represented by Dick Marvin) Parcel # 29.005.004 located at approximately 2490 N. 1000 W. in Genola. 5. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for a shed on property owned by Mahogany Land Development located at 400 E. Park Lane in Genola. 6. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for agricultural building on property owned by Travis and Mandy Pyne located at 111 N 800 E in Genola. 7. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for a new home located on property owned by B&N Ranches (Represented by Richard Barlow) located at 250 N. 400 W. in Genola. 8. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for a home addition located on property owned by Dan & Sharon Jackson located at 895 E 400 N in Genola. 9. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for an accessory building on property owned by Four B Properties (Gavin Ross) located at approximately 648 N. 470 E. in Genola. 10. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for T-Mobile to co-locate on the existing American Tower located on property owned by The Town of Genola located at approximately 74 W. 800 S. in Genola.
