Description/Agenda: MUNICIPAL ELECTION NOVEMBER 5, 2019 ELSINORE TOWN COUNCIL POSITIONS OPEN COUNCIL MEMBER - 4 YEAR POSITION COUNCIL MEMBER - 4 YEAR POSITION A qualified resident of Elsinore Town can become a candidate for office by filling out a 'Declaration of Candidacy' for him/herself, or by having another resident of the municipality gather signatures on a Nomination Petition. All Candidates must file Campaign Financial Reports QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Be a registered voter of the municipality. 2. Be a resident of the municipality or a resident of the recently annexed area for 12 consecutive months immediately preceding date of the election. 3. To not be a convicted felon, unless their right to vote has been restored. WHERE: ELSINORE TOWN OFFICE 35 W Main St, Elsinore, UT WHEN: 9 AM- NOON - Monday, JUNE 3rd to Thursday JUNE 6th AND FRIDAY, JUNE 7TH, 2019 during the hours of 9A.M.-5 P.M.
