IVINS CITY ARTS COMMISSION Agenda Wednesday, June 12, 2019 5:00 pm Ivins City Hall - Council Chambers (main floor) 435-628-0606 1. Welcome and call to order a. Acknowledgement of a quorum b. Disclosures/conflicts 2. Discussion and potential action items a. Discuss & consider approval of the minutes for May 8, 2019. b. Discuss the City Council's actions taken on our recommendations (RAP Tax Application Form and Process; Best Way to Implement Arts Master Plan) presented June 6, 2019 and determine next steps, if any. c. Discuss changes and additions to our information on the Ivins City website d. Continue discussion of one percent for the arts funding e. Continue discussion of student art exhibit-competition f. Additional items from the Chair / Vice Chair. 3. Reports a. Next meeting: July 10, 2019 at 5 pm b. Items to be placed on future agendas 4. Adjournment Ivins City will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodation to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
