Description/Agenda: 7:00 Roll Call 7:10 Citizens to be heard 7:20 Old Business Review Zoning Map and label Divisions within zones (All) 8:00 New Business Review of International Zoning Code Chapters (All) Create a list of additional ordinances needed or to be amended (All) Discuss reviewing final draft of General Plan with Town Council (All) Review of Geological Hazards document (Burak, Westfall) Google form for suggested ordinances 8:25 Additional Items to be added to Next Week's Agenda 8:30 Adjourn Request for additional or modifications to agenda items are due by 5pm each Tuesday to SarahPZBluff@gmail.com or to Town of Bluff at 435-672-9990 to be discussed at the next Thursday scheduled meeting. An Agenda Item Request form can be found online at http://townofbluff.org/planning-zoning/. Our next regular meeting will be held at the Bluff Community Center on Thursday, June 13th at 7:00pm.
