- REVIEW FINAL PLAT OF COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION Review with developer parcel 04-031-0002 to create an additional lot containing 1.23 acres, more or less, at approximately 542 West 60 North, just east of the Maverik and Car Wash. This property is zoned commercial. Remaining parcel would contain 16.085 acres, more or less. City Council has approved the preliminary plat.
