- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING AND COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Public Hearing and regular Council Meeting on the 4th day of June, 2019 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call Public Hearing to Order Public Hearing to hear on the FY 2019 Amended Budget and the FY 2020 Budget 2. Adjourn to Regular Council Meeting - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember N. Spark - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held May 21, 2019 3. New Business - Ordinance 19-03 'An Ordinance Adopting the Clarkston Town FY 2019 Amended Budget' - Ordinance 19-04 'An Ordinance Adopting the Clarkston Town FY 2020 Budget' 4. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - Councilmember R. Thompson - Town Float - Roads Department - Youth Council - Sports - Neighborhood Watch Councilmember E. Goodey - Animal Control - Emergency Preparedness - Pony Express Days Councilmember L. Bytheway - Water Department - Parks Department - Ricky Thompson Memorial Sign Councilmember N. Sparks - May Warrant List - Cemetery Department - LUDMA 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - July 2, 2019 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
