Description/Agenda

The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of the accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct 4 public hearings in the following order: a. The Council shall receive public input, then consider for approval amending the City Code Title 11 Subdivision Regulations, chapter 5 entitled 'Requirements for Improvements Reservation and Design', section 8 entitled 'Sidewalks, Curb, and Gutter' to repeal the entire section as it currently reads and to adopt a new section 8. b. The Council shall receive public input, then consider making a recommendation to the City Council on the request from Chris Clark for the code and the zoning map be amended to rezone the property at 598 South 300 West in Wellsville, Tax Id. #10-026-0014 from RA-1 (Residential -1 Acre) to R-1-12 (Residential-12,000 SF Min.) c. The Council shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval the concept plan for the Wide Canyon View Subdivision consisting of 3 lots located at apprioximately 215 West 500 South. Tax Id # 10-026-0001 9. Wellsville City Irrigation Company L.L.C.-Discuss pressurized irrigation system study for Wellsville City and surrounding areas. 10. Mark Thompson-Discuss options of septic system rather than running a pump system to the sewer. Tax Id #10-028-0025. 11, Dianne Burnett-Discuss potential development of Sherwood Hills along with potential rezone. 12. Scott Wells to present the Wellsville City third-quarter financial statement 13. Department reports 14. City Manager/Recorders report.
