- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 06, 2019, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Item 1 Bruce Cameron requests Project Plan approval for an office building to be located at 3765 N University Ave in a Professional Office (PO) Zone. Riverbottoms neighborhood. Brian Maxfield (801) 852-6429 PLPPA20190103 Item 2 Brady Deucher requests Project Plan approval for 64 condominium units on approximately 2.15 acres located at 1320 S State Street in a proposed Medium Density Residential Zone. Spring Creek neighborhood. Robert Mills (801) 852-6407 PLPPA20190104 Preceding the public hearing, a lunch will be provided to Design Review Committee members at 12:00 p.m. The lunch is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 12:30 p.m. Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting. If assistance is needed to allow participation at this meeting, please call the Planning Secretary at (801) 852-6424 at least 3 days before the meeting to make arrangements.
