Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Trenton Town Council and to the general public that the Trenton Town Council will hold a meeting on

Public Hearing: A PUBLIC HEARING TO RECEIVE INPUT FROM THE PUBLIC WITH RESPECT TO THE ISSUANCE OF TRENTON TOWN WATER REVENUE BONDS, IN ONE OR MORE SERIES, IN THE AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $200,000 FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS, AND RELATED MATTERS.
1. Authorizing Resolution #19-06-03- A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF $200,000 WATER REVENUE BONDS, IN ONE OR MORE SERIES, PURSUANT TO A MASTER RESOLUTION TO BE APPROVED BY THE MAYOR, TOWN CLERK AND A COUNCIL MEMBER AS THE PRICING COMMITTEE, TO ACQUIRE AND CONSTRUCT WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS, AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS; AND RELATED MATTERS.
2. RESOLUTION# 19-06-01- A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE 2019-2020 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET FOR THE TOWN OF TRENTON, UTAH
3. RESOLUTION #19-06-02- A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2019-2020 FISCAL YEAR CERTIFIED TAX RATE, ENDING JUNE 30, 2020, FOR TRENTON TOWN, UTAH.
