NOTICE OF MEETING TO BE HELD IN THE TOWN OF TRENTON BY THE TRENTON TOWN COUNCIL Pursuant to Utah Code, Title 52, Chapter 4, notice is hereby given to members of the Trenton Town Council and to the general public that the Trenton Town Council will hold a meeting on Tuesday June 4, 2019 7:30 p.m., in the Trenton Town Hall at 17 East Main, Trenton, Utah. AGENDA 1. Meeting called to order Mayor Lynn Payne 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of Agenda 4. Approval of Minutes May 30, 2019 PUBLIC COMMENTS Comments will be taken from the public on items that are not on the agenda. There can be no action taken on these matters and they are limited to five (5) minutes 7:35 p.m.- Public Hearing to Open and Amend the 2018-2019 Fiscal Year Budget Public Hearing to consider the 2019-2020 Fiscal Year Budget Public Hearing regarding the issuance of Water Bonds Public Hearing: A PUBLIC HEARING TO RECEIVE INPUT FROM THE PUBLIC WITH RESPECT TO THE ISSUANCE OF TRENTON TOWN WATER REVENUE BONDS, IN ONE OR MORE SERIES, IN THE AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $200,000 FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS, AND RELATED MATTERS. 1. Authorizing Resolution #19-06-03- A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF $200,000 WATER REVENUE BONDS, IN ONE OR MORE SERIES, PURSUANT TO A MASTER RESOLUTION TO BE APPROVED BY THE MAYOR, TOWN CLERK AND A COUNCIL MEMBER AS THE PRICING COMMITTEE, TO ACQUIRE AND CONSTRUCT WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS, AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS; AND RELATED MATTERS. 2. RESOLUTION# 19-06-01- A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE 2019-2020 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET FOR THE TOWN OF TRENTON, UTAH 3. RESOLUTION #19-06-02- A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 2019-2020 FISCAL YEAR CERTIFIED TAX RATE, ENDING JUNE 30, 2020, FOR TRENTON TOWN, UTAH. 4. Discussion on Noise at IFA-Catie Ransom 5. Mike Chapman- Discussion regarding road issues on 800 North 6. Discussion on parking lot at park 7. Master Fee Schedule 8. Water update 9. Planning & Zoning update 10. Roads update 11. Parks update Councilmembers may update members on matters or bring issues to the attention of the Council. No action can be taken on these issues. NOTE: Times listed for each item on the agenda may be accelerated if time permits NOTE: The Town Council may vote to go into executive session pursuant to Utah Code 52-4-5.
