- The Nibley City Council will also hold six (6) public hearings to receive public input regarding the following: Resolution 19-08: A RESOLUTION AMENDNING THE BUDGET FOR VARIOUS FUNDS OF NIBLEY CITY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2018-19, ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR THE VARIOUS FUNDS OF NIBLEY CITY AND OTHER BUDGETARY MATTERS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2019-20 AND ADJUSTING CERTAIN FEES AND PAYMENTS FOR SERVICE Ordinance 19-05: Amendments to Nibley City Code, Title 21: Subdivision Regulations-Minor Editing/Changes Ordinance 19-08: An Ordinance Providing for the Compensation of Elected and Statutory Officers of Nibley City Ordinance 19-09: Nibley City Design Standards and Specifications Ordinance 19-10: Adjusting the Maximum Height of a Building in the Industrial Zone Ordinance 19-11: Establishing Rules and Regulation Governing the Use of Parks, Trails and Outdoor Recreational Facilities When: June 13, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard.
