NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING & REGULAR MEETING ELMO TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE: is hereby given that the Elmo Town Council will meet in their regular public session on 05 June 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Elmo Town Hall, Elmo, Utah. The Agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Citizen Concerns 3. Motion to Adjourn Regular Meeting to Budget Hearing 4. Discussion of proposed 2020 Budget 5. Motion to Adjourn and Resume Regular Meeting 6. Motion to Accept 2020 Budget 7. Town Employee Report 8. Animal Control Officer Report 9. Town Hall open - Maria continued responsibility discussion/decision 10. CIB Application - Bond Attorney, etc. 11. Community Get Togethers - Follow up (scheduled - 21 June 2019) 12. 400 South 400 East Road - Make it Passable - Followup 13. Drainage for the Town Sidewalks 14. Board Member Reports/Concerns 15. Review of Past Due Water Bills - 16. Delena's Items -Approval of April &May Minutes and Bills, Ratify May Bills, Review Monthly Financial Statements 17. Executive Session - if needed Any other business that may regularly come before the Council.
